David Kinnear established dbkAssociates, Inc., a California corporation providing corporate governance, executive coaching and management consulting services. The firm provides business development services to small and mid-sized corporations as well as several start-up companies. He attracted industry leaders for the dbkAssociates, Inc. advisory board as well as experienced individuals to provide additional consulting services to targeted clientele.

In affiliation with Vistage International, David advises and facilitates groups of business owners, company presidents and CEOs. The group comprises companies from industries as varied as electronics manufacturing, software development, employee benefits, profit recovery, IT services, pharmaceuticals, metering product distribution, precision machining, medical product distribution, flexible packaging, nutraceuticals and custom label printing. These successful business leaders are running organizations from as few as 20 employees to as many as 900 employees and with revenues from USD 5 MM to USD 400 MM and up in both the private and public sector. Individual coaching practice comprises senior management and c-suite executives both in transition as well as fully employed key executives.

David is a mentor to University California Irvine (UCI) Executive MBAs and Entrepreneur in Residence for the Center for Entrepreneurship at California State University at Fullerton (CSUF). David has extensive and diverse leadership experience with several of the world’s largest semiconductor manufacturers, with fortune 200 customers as well as large international clients. He sits on the boards of private companies as well as not-for-profit companies and is a Center for Credentialing and Education -Board Certified Coach (BCC) serving c-suite executives.
