David Kinnear established dbkAssociates, Inc., a California corporation providing corporate governance, executive coaching and management consulting services. The firm provides business development services to small and mid-sized corporations as well as several start-up companies. He attracted industry leaders for the dbkAssociates, Inc. advisory board as well as experienced individuals to provide additional consulting services to targeted clientele.

In affiliation with Vistage International, David advises and facilitates groups of business owners, company presidents and CEOs. The group comprises companies from industries as varied as electronics manufacturing, software development, employee benefits, profit recovery, IT services, pharmaceuticals, metering product distribution, precision machining, medical product distribution, flexible packaging, nutraceuticals and custom label printing.
