As mentioned at the left, you are invited to contact us for a meeting to determine if and how and when we might work together. This initial meeting is free to you and neither you nor I will incur any commitments until we both mutually agree to do so.

Typically, the first meeting requires between sixty and ninety minutes together. Most of that time will be spent understanding your situation, needs and goals. Of course, you too will want to ask questions of me. From there, we will mutually agree on whether I might be able to work with you to achieve your goals or whether one of my trusted colleagues would better fit your needs. The outcome of this meeting is to be concrete next steps for you to move forward.

If we decide to work together on furthering your career and goals, we will then decide how much time you wish to dedicate to the coaching process. Usually, we will choose to spend a minimum of two hours and a maximum of four hours each month working together to achieve your goals.
